Production and delivery times

Every edition is printed on demand after your order. Production takes 2 to 4 business days, shipping another 2 to 6 business days depending on the destination: about 4 to 7 business days within Germany, 5 to 10 business days in the rest of Europe and in North America. Framed prints can take a little longer.

Unframed prints: Germany free · European Union 4.90 € · Switzerland and Liechtenstein 9.90 € · United Kingdom 7.90 € · United States and Canada 7.90 € · other countries 14.90 €.

Framed prints: Germany free · European Union 12.90 € · United Kingdom 19.90 € · United States and Canada 24.90 € · other countries 39.90 €. Framed prints are currently not shipped to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Packaging

Unframed prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube, framed prints flat in a protective box.

Customs and import charges

Orders for the United States and Canada are produced in the United States, so no customs charges apply. For deliveries to other countries outside the European Union, import duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier or the customs authorities; these are payable by the recipient.

Tracking and delivery

You receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by e-mail as soon as your print leaves the print hub. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us via our contact form.
