Which addresses work?
Any address that OpenStreetMap knows, which covers almost every city and town worldwide. Very rural areas with few buildings can look sparse, so have a look at the surroundings on OpenStreetMap before you order.
How large is the area on the print?
Roughly 300 metres around your address, so a neighbourhood rather than a whole city.
Can I choose the style?
Yes. Pick one of the three palettes on the product page: Mint Studio, Terracotta or Noir. Each is rendered from the same city data, and we add new looks over time.
Will I see a preview before printing?
Yes, on isoville.com: enter your address and see the render in the browser. The print is rendered automatically from the same city data.
How long does delivery take?
About 4 to 7 business days within Germany, 5 to 10 business days in the rest of Europe and North America. Framed prints can take a little longer.
Can I return a print?
Every edition is made to order for one address, so we cannot take back correct prints. If a print arrives damaged or with a mistake on our side, we replace it free of charge. Just send us a photo.
Where is it printed?
In print hubs in Germany, the United States and other regions, as close to you as possible. Framed prints are assembled there as well.
What is printed on the caption?
The name of your street or neighbourhood, the city and district, the coordinates of the centre and the edition number. Tell us in the order notes if you prefer a different caption.
