Refund policy

Made to order

Every Isoville edition is rendered and printed for one address chosen by you. It is therefore a personalised product made to your specifications. Under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to such goods. This means we cannot accept returns of correctly produced prints.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been sent to production. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or richardvinzent@gmail.com, quoting your order number.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, or contains an error on our side (for example a different format, finish or address than ordered), we replace it free of charge or refund the purchase price. Send us a photo of the print and the packaging within 14 days of delivery. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

Wrong address entered

Please check the address you enter before ordering. If the address in your order is incomplete or incorrect and the print has already been produced, we cannot replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the payment method used for the order within 14 days of our confirmation.
